Great to hear your music. Not sure how I got the email. So wonderful -- I have always loved your voice, your music, your story. Give my love and regards to Sharon. Keep singing.

H, Meg. I know nothing about you, but I Googled "greatest indie folk singer songwriter alive today" and you were the highest ranked actual name that came up. Congratulations! 8-)

I remember you. Didn't you host an open mic for awhile? For some reason, I thought your name was Big Brown, which didn't make any sense to me. I guess it kind of sounds the same.

hi Meg:

just in case you do not remember, I met you at "Stain" on the weekend of that July 4th wkend. when hardly any bodies were there. I extended my enjoyment towards your performing I sang, and offered a song by Barbra Steisand that I thought would totally fit you. (I will get the name of the song in my next e-mail to you) During our time of sharing, I felt as if we were kindred spirits. Anyway, now that I have had the time to check out your web site I do intend to attend some of your shows in the future perhaps the upcoming one in Brooklyn

Keep Shining

- Torria

More Information

“Meg's new CD is beautifully produced and really shows off her tough and sweet voice. Much funkier than your usual singer-songwriter effort, great stories and not a bit generic.”
